Beat Seller Agreement

This Beat Seller Agreement is an addendum to the Producer Agreement and Terms of Service. It applies when you sell beat licenses on AudToro.

1. I represent and warrant that I own or control all rights required to upload and license each beat, including the composition, master recording, samples, and collaborator permissions.
2. I authorize AudToro to display previews and fulfill licenses I offer.
3. I will promptly respond to ownership claims and indemnify AudToro from losses caused by my breach of these warranties.

License terms for each beat are set when you publish that beat and are recorded at checkout.
